Terms of Service

To ensure the successful and legal execution of our digital services, the client explicitly agrees to:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and legal documentation (such as Government Trade Licenses, GST certificates, and utility bills) when officially required by Google for GMB verification or recovery processes.
• Grant the necessary administrative or managerial access to required digital assets (Google Workspace accounts, Domain Registrars, Hosting platforms) required to effectively perform the work.

While we maintain an exceptionally high 100% success rate for eligible Google Business Profile recoveries, we do not own or control Google LLC. Therefore:

• We cannot legally guarantee specific timeframes beyond our estimated 48-72 hour averages, as Google's internal review queue times fluctuate based on global volume.
• If a profile is permanently blacklisted or banned by Google due to repeated, severe, or illegal policy violations committed by the client prior to hiring us, Profile Sync is not legally liable for the loss of the digital asset.

The structural payment flow for our specific digital services operates as follows:

• Project Payments: For web development and specific SEO retainers, an upfront deposit is required before work commences. For our specific "No Fix, No Fee" GMB recovery packages, payment is due immediately upon the successful live publication of the recovered profile.
• Ownership: Profile Sync owns the intellectual property rights for all material created during web design and branding campaigns until full payment has been received in the invoice, at which point absolute ownership transfers directly to the client.
